The sunflower, symbolising hidden disabilities, deeply resonates with me. It represents not only beauty and joy but also the presence of neurodivergent groups and individuals in our industry. I'm dedicated to championing their visibility and empowerment, encouraging neurodivergent individuals to embrace themselves with pride. At the core of my mission is advocacy, empowering individuals to find their voice and self-advocate once they receive the support they need. Partnerships with organisations like MEAA, Screen Well, The Arts Wellbeing Collective, acting schools, orchestras, art galleries, agents, and production companies allow me the privilege to contribute to this transformative work.

I also sit on the Actors Wellbeing Facilitators Collective (AWFC) which is an international collective striving for better education and work practice for actors.

I'm really excited about the chance to work together and be an integral part of improving the Mental Health and Wellbeing of the entertainment industry! Let's make a difference together!
