Services
Whether it's stepping in as a Mental Health First Aid Responder or coordinating and coaching, my approach is centred on adapting the specific needs of your project and providing tailored support.

I can assist with various aspects including:
-
Goal setting;
-
Analysing text and requirements of the project in order to highlight triggering content;
-
Identifying additional support services or professionals tailored to your project;
-
Discussing risk assessments and analysing together to mitigate psychosocial risks;
-
Establishing codes of conduct, and developing policies and procedures (if required); and
-
Educate and offer guidance on grounding techniques, self-care practices, and strategies for de-roleing.

My commitment extends to supporting all members involved in the project - be it performers, crew, venues, heads of departments or executives - equally and effectively.
Together, we ensure a safe and supportive environment conducive to the success of your project.
I specialise in curating and tailoring solutions that meet the specific needs of your organisation or project. Whether it's creating new content or refining existing material, I ensure that it aligns seamlessly with your objectives and requirements.

Furthermore, I offer delivery of content, whether it's created independently or through collaborative efforts. This includes educational materials designed to impart knowledge and foster a culture of thriving within the creative workplace. Together, we can develop strategies to enhance productivity, foster collaboration and promote overall Wellbeing in your organisation or workplace setting.

My aim is to make my workshops and webinars interactive and enjoyable so that everyone leaves with a positive learning experience.

I have delivered workshops on behalf of 'The Arts Wellbeing Collective' for the Arts Centre Melbourne and Support Act as part of their in house suite of workshops. l have also customised various workshops for organisations including Australian Production House, Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne Youth Orchestras, Bus Stop Films, AACTA and WIFT.
It's important to distinguish that being a qualified Mental Health and Peer Support Facilitator is distinct from being a qualified formal therapist such as a Counsellor or Psycholgist for example.
I possess the skills to help both individuals and organisations to:
-
Set goals;
-
Write self care and Wellbeing Plans;
-
Navigate barriers;
-
Connect with appropriate support services. I thrive on networking and enjoy linking individuals with services they may not have been previously aware of or had available to them; and
-
Assist with writing documention such as Policies and Procedures, Codes of Conduct and Bullying and Harrassment Policies.
-
Share strategies around self care, grounding and de-roleing.

My passion lies in advocacy, empowering individuals to find their voice and engage in self-advocacy, whilst instilling hope.
