I specialise in curating and tailoring solutions that meet the specific needs of your organisation or project. Whether it's developing new content or refining existing material, I ensure that everything aligns seamlessly with your objectives.

Alongside content creation, I also provide delivery - either independently or through collaboration with you. This includes educational and wellbeing focused programs designed to foster a thriving, resilient workplace culture. Together, we can enhance productivity, strengthen collaboration, and promote overall wellbeing across your organisation or workplace setting.

Here is my evolving suite of  training and support programs:

✨ R.A.I.S.E. the Conversation – Mental health conversations with confidence
✨ Wellbeing Coordination – tailored support across all phases of production to reduce psychosocial risks and keep teams functioning at their best.
✨ Mental Health First Aid & On-the-Ground Support – an immediate, confidential point of contact for anyone struggling during a project.
✨ Training & Workshops – engaging programs that build resilience, communication skills, and awareness around mental health in the creative workplace.
✨ Policy & Procedure Consultation – helping you strengthen codes of conduct, WH&S compliance, and wellbeing frameworks that protect your people and your business.
✨ 1:1 and Group Support – confidential conversations, debriefing sessions, and wellbeing check-ins to prevent burnout and disengagement.
✨ Mentorship – personalised support for emerging and established creatives.

My aim is to make my workshops and webinars interactive and enjoyable so that everyone leaves with a positive learning experience.
